Michelle Brown, Former RMT, Clinic ManagerUnfortunately, Michelle is no longer accepting new patients.

Michelle graduated at the top of her class from WCCMT’s 3000-hour program in 2006. Since graduating Michelle spent 5 years working in Langley before moving her practice to Chilliwack over the last 7 years.

Michelle’s passion for health, wellness and massage therapy led her back to an instructor position at Vancouver Career College for the RMT program where she taught and developed curriculum for a variety of classes including Systemics, Orthopaedic treatments, Joint Mobilizations, Musculoskeletal Anatomy Lab, Research and Statistics, Clinic Supervisor and Outreaches such as BC Women’s hospital with high-risk pregnancy and elderly care facilities. Michelle also continues her learning by finishing her Bachelors in Health Sciences from TRU. Michelle also has experience as a Doula through Douglas College and DONA and has attended multiple births. She also enjoys volunteering for multiple sporting events including the 2010 Winter Olympics and the Crossfit Regional Games.

You may hear Michelle describe her approach to treatments as “being nice about the mean stuff” which her patients can attest to. Michelle combines her experience working in a Spa, learning to take care of her patients, with her vast knowledge of anatomy and physiology, exercise science and orthopedic treatment techniques for safe and effective care of her patients.

When Michelle isn’t at the clinic (which is rare!) you can catch her hitting the trails either by dirtbike or her own two feet, hiking, biking, skiing, camping or anywhere outside with her two beautiful sons. She has a passion for health and fitness competing in both Crossfit events and Bodybuilding (physique).
